How will I know that my session is booked?

You will know that you session is booked once you receive an confirmation email and complete the online consultation form.

What if I can't make my session?

Please reach out 24 hours in advance if you will miss the scheduled session. 

How do I pay for my session?

Once the session is booked through Setmore, you will be able to pay through the app via square. It must be paid BEFORE the start of the session.

How does the payment plan work?

Payment plans are ONLY available for session packages. Once the coaching contract is signed, an invoice will be sent with the agreed upon dates of the recurring charge.

What if I want to book a session but session are closed?

Due to hosting courses, collaborations and workshops; Once sessions are closed there will be a waitlist for clients. It is my way to insure each client is given devoted focus to their growth.

How does the waitlist for sessions work?

The waitlist is conducted on the first come first served basis. Once sessions are closed for the quarter (September-December, January-April, May-August). A waitlist will appear on the IG Linktree AND website. When the next quarter session open, I will contact the client.

How does Group Coaching work?

Group coaching is where clients can share the coaching experience with others. 

How many people are in a group?

There will ONLY be up to 4 people.

How often will group meet?

Group will meet twice a month for length of package.

Is there a sliding scale?

YES! Only for those who purchase the Meditation, Mindfulness, & Self Care Coaching for Parents & Caretakers group sessions.

What documents are needed for the sliding scale?

You will need to bring/ email your annual income and household size. You can use last years tax information as well. Please block out your social security number.


Course F.A.Qs

Can I take a course when sessions are closed?

YES! If you would like to take a course while waiting to start your coaching you are more than welcomed.

How are courses ran?

Each course is ran using Coursecraft. There are course that are self-paced that come with an 'add-on' option, this allows you to have coaching check-ins. 

You also have the option to attend Coach-led courses, where enrolled students meet on zoom 2x a week during the length of the course to complete the course together.

What if I can not attend the Coach-led courses after I purchase my seat?

Once you realize that you can not attend the course please reach out to me WITHIN FIRST WEEK. You have one of two options:

  1. Be placed on the waiting list for the next session of the Coach-led course you enrolled in
  2. Switch to the Self-Paced option of the course. 

How can I get a discount?

After completing 1 course, you can receive 10% off from a coaching session package.

After completing 1 challenge, you can receive 5% off from a coaching session package.
